THE JACKSON FAMILY

Jo Jackson is our founder and primary coach. She has been married to Conrad, the love of her life, for over 25 years. They have two beautiful girls.

After two decades in various business/leadership/coaching/training roles, including serving in ministry for over a decade, they made the journey from New South Wales, Australia to California, USA to join Bethel's school of ministry.

Jo has been an accredited coach for over 10 years, and a teacher/trainer for over 20 years. She has devoted her life to the passionate pursuit of the Lord’s presence and has a deep longing to see people live fearlessly and embrace their unique identity in Christ as they live a joy-filled, whole-hearted life.

As a mentor, Conrad has a unique way of seeing fresh perspectives and challenging people to grow beyond what they thought possible. His goal is always to see people thriving and confident in who they are.
